Welcome to one of Christchurch’s newest rustic event settings, Valley of Peace Alpaca Stud and Wedding Venue is located on the east coast of New Zealand's South Island, there we are nestled into the hills surrounding New Zealand's third largest city, Christchurch. Just minutes from the city centre we are easily accessible to not only your guests but also the supporting industry that makes your special day so special.

Valley of Peace Venue is a family business established by Greg and Rachael Graham in 1997. Our investment started when we decided to create an award winning Alpaca stud farm. The farm went on to become one of New Zealand’s most successful studs, winning more New Zealand Championships than any other. It’s this farm that has provided the basis for the venue we now offer. It has taken some time but we now offer a truly idyllic and wonderfully unique wedding and events venue with that special something, its different, it’s new and it’s stunning. Our goal was to provide a truly memorable venue for you and your friends no matter what the occasion and the Valley of Peace Wedding Venue has a gentle rural character that’s fun and lasts in your memory.

We offer you the ultimate rustic experience and best of all you don’t need to travel all day to visit us. We are based on a 14-acre showpiece Stud Farm at the base of our 1400-acre family ranch in the port hills of Christchurch. Tussock covered hillside, deer and sheep farms on both sides and a view that is simply breath taking surrounds us. This Venue is able to offer the unique option of an indoor, outdoor or Marquee style setting or if you wish a combination of all of the above. All of this is still only minutes from Christchurch’s city centre.

It’s always nice to make your special day something a little different and at the same time unique to you. This venue pro vides you with a clean cut and fresh take on the rustic setting but also allows you to personalise the venue very easily.
